I try to handle all orders within a maximum of three days. One woman business :)

Currently only shipping to Belgium and The Netherlands.

Return Policy

If your purchase turns out not to be a match, a return is possible. Returns are possible within 30 days after the purchase. Please make sure the product is in its original condition and returned within 7 days after notifying Simply Lua about the return. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
The product value will be refunded within 14 days if the product arrives intact without damage.
